1. You need to have the following:

2. Your Vehicle Identification Number (NIV) for a vehicle or Hull Identification Number (HIN) for a vessel or a boat

3. Smog certification filed with DMV

For Registration Renewal in person:

Go to your nearest DMV office, along with the following:

  2. Other required documents
